To assist you in proper usage
of the products contained in this package, we
advise the following schedule:
Breakfast:
Ultra Slim Down Shake - For best taste, mix 1
level scoop with 8 oz of skim milk in a blender.
Add 8 ice cubes, and blend. For a special treat,
add fruit or yogurt, just remember to watch the
extra calories!!
Lipotropic Fat Burner/Appetite Suppressant - 1-
2 tablets with your shake
Pure Thermo Burn - 2 tablets with your shake
Lunch:
Ultra Slim Down Shake
Lipotropic Fat Burner/Appetite Suppressant - 1-
2 tablets with your shake
Pure Thermo Burn - 2 tablets with your shake
*IMPORTANT* Take Chitosan 30-60 minutes prior to
eating your evening meal. *IMPORTANT*
Dinner:
It is important to eat a low fat, low carb,
healthy meal for your supper. You can have some
fat in the meal as the Chitosan is intended to
block the fat absorption, but a common sense
meal is very important to your program.
Lipotropic Fat Burner/Appetite Suppressant 1- 2
tablets with your meal
Pure Thermo Burn - 2 tablets with your meal only
if it will be at least 4 hours before your
bedtime.
Bedtime:
Colon Cleanse Formula PM - 1 capsule the first 3
nights of the program, 2 capsules the next 3
nights, and 3 capsules thereafter. Adjust dosage
to tolerance of product. Do not take more than 3
capsules per night.
